Conditions for Cancellation

  • Cancellation Period: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Made-to-Order and Pre-Order Items: Cancellations of made-to-order or pre-order items are not allowed once production or procurement has begun.
  • Cancellation Process:

  2. Confirmation: If the cancellation is made within the stipulated time, we will confirm the cancellation and initiate a refund if applicable.
  3. Refund for Cancellation: If you are entitled to a refund, we will process it using the original method of payment.

Exceptions

  • Late Cancellation: If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours of order placement or after the order has been dispatched, the order will be considered for return under our Refund Policy.
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the design process has started.
