Conditions for Cancellation
- Cancellation Period: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Made-to-Order and Pre-Order Items: Cancellations of made-to-order or pre-order items are not allowed once production or procurement has begun.

- Confirmation: If the cancellation is made within the stipulated time, we will confirm the cancellation and initiate a refund if applicable.

Exceptions
- Late Cancellation: If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours of order placement or after the order has been dispatched, the order will be considered for return under our Refund Policy.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the design process has started.
