Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes. We ensure all product photos accurately reflect the item you’ll receive. In rare cases where packaging may vary, the product itself remains exactly as described.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You can view and download your sales receipt from your account dashboard under “Orders” after completing a purchase. A copy is also emailed to you after checkout.
How can I return an item?
To return an item, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for unused items in their original packaging with a valid receipt. You can reach us via WhatsApp or email listed in the contact section.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes. Many products are restocked regularly. If an item is out of stock, you can message us to check restock time or request a notification once it’s back.
Where can I ship my order?
We currently deliver within Zambia only. Delivery is available to Lusaka and all major towns. At checkout, you can select your location and see the available delivery options.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees vary by location and will be shown at checkout. We offer same-day or next-day delivery in Lusaka, and fast delivery to other towns via courier.
